1. What we provide

ChinaTMCheck provides research services: searches of publicly available Chinese trademark registries and related public records, delivered as a written English-language report ("Report"). Our services are consulting services. They are not legal advice, legal representation, or a legal opinion.

2. What we do not provide

We do not file trademarks, oppose filings, negotiate assignments, or represent clients before the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) or any court. Where such services are needed, we may refer you to third-party licensed providers; any engagement with them is between you and them.

3. Payment & delivery

Payment is processed at checkout. Reports are delivered by email to the address provided, typically within 72 hours of payment clearance. Delivery timelines may extend if the information you provide is incomplete; we will contact you in that case.

4. Accuracy & limitations

Our Reports are based on public registry records as of the search date and our professional interpretation of them. Registries change; filings are published and updated on their own schedules. We make reasonable efforts to be accurate and complete, but we do not warrant that a Report captures every existing or future filing. Decisions made on the basis of a Report are yours.

5. Refunds

If we cannot deliver your Report, we will refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing terms

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and ChinaTMCheck for the services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Questions: hello@cntrademarkcheck.com.
