Refund Policy

Full refund, no questions

• We cannot deliver your Report for any reason.
• You cancel before we begin the search (normally within a few hours of payment — email us and we'll confirm where things stand).
• Your Report is late beyond 7 days from payment for reasons on our side.

No refund after delivery

A Report is a completed research service — once delivered, it can't be "returned." If something in the Report is wrong or unclear, tell us: we'll correct or clarify it at no charge. That's faster and more useful to you than a refund.

How refunds happen

Refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days. Email hello@cntrademarkcheck.com with your order email and we'll take it from there.
